Having a baby is kind of a big deal. And so is your mental health.

Founded by two experienced midwives — one now a therapist — we’ve seen firsthand the difference that mental health support can make during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our course blends evidence-based information with compassion and real-life strategies, so you can navigate this season feeling confident, connected, and cared for.

Why mental health matters
in the perinatal journey.

Pregnancy, birth, and the early months of parenthood bring incredible physical and emotional change. Along with joy, many people experience stress, anxiety, or mood shifts as they adjust to new roles and responsibilities. These feelings are common and completely normal, but when left unaddressed they can affect sleep, relationships, and even physical recovery.

Prioritizing mental health during the perinatal period supports both parent and baby. Research shows that early emotional support reduces the risk of postpartum depression and anxiety, strengthens bonding, and helps families navigate challenges with more resilience. Caring for your mind isn’t an extra, it’s a vital part of caring for your growing family.
